Applications
This machine is a dedicated CNC equipment for fully automated production of angle steel lettering, punching, and cutting processes.
Technical Features
It adopts CNC technology and servo motor feeding, with high efficiency and stable workpiece accuracy.
All key hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are imported.
The program is easy to use and can directly use the program data generated by the layout software.
The computer has a Chinese interface, simple operation, and can display workpiece graphics.
Lettering, punching, and cutting are all automatic. The finished product chute adopts the company's patented pneumatic flipping and unloading system.

When preparing the program, only the workpiece dimensions, hole diameter, pitch, and number of workpieces need to be entered, or directly converted using CAD/CAM.
