Details

The machine tool control system adopts a host computer + PLC numerical control system. The host computer is installed with automatic programming software and machine tool monitoring software, which can directly convert AUTOCAD graphic files to generate processing programs. Even manual programming is very simple and fast, and those without computer operation experience can complete workpiece programming in a short time.

The high-speed drilling power head adopts a spindle-specific frequency conversion motor, which drives a special precision spindle through a toothed synchronous belt to achieve stepless speed regulation, and the feed is driven by a servo motor and a ball screw. The working feed speed is set by numerical control adjustment. The high-speed drilling power head spindle is a BT50 tapered hole, with a butterfly spring automatic tool puller mechanism, and the spindle box is equipped with a tool release cylinder (gas-liquid pressure boosting) for convenient tool changing. The drilling power head is installed on the numerical control slide and moves up and down with the slide. It can withstand heavy cutting loads and is suitable for high-speed processing with cemented carbide tools.
