The total weight of the production line is 14t, and its components include:

1. A transverse material channel with a block-type chain, driven by a chain through a reducer, used to automatically convey the blank angle steel to the next work station.

2. A rotating feeding device, driven by a motor through a reducer and chain, automatically flips the blank angle steel onto the feeding channel.

3. A longitudinal feeding channel, with a drive rack, carriage gear, and V-shaped roller track, used to carry the blank angle steel.

4. A feeding carriage, driven by a servo motor, used to move the blank angle steel and accurately position the angle steel processing location.

5. An angle steel lettering unit, used for lettering processing of angle steel, can be equipped with four sets of different character lettering dies, and automatic switching can be achieved during processing.

6. A punching unit, used for punching processing of angle steel, can be equipped with six sets of die frames, and three different hole diameters can be processed on each side of the angle steel at one time.

7. A cutting unit, using hydraulic power, can cut the angle steel.
