Automatic programming method for the PZ series CNC gantry drilling machine:
1. First, use CAD design software to create the workpiece processing drawing. The dimensions must be strictly drawn to a 1:1 scale, retaining only the processing holes and border elements.
2. Convert the completed drawing to DXF format.
3. Upload the drawing to the gantry drilling machine's upper computer.
4. Open the gantry drilling machine's programming software, click the "CAD conversion" button, open the corresponding DXF file, enter the reference point coordinates, drill bit diameter, and other parameters sequentially, click confirm, and the data will be imported, enabling automatic programming.
