1. Power on, including turning on the main power, control power, industrial control computer, oil pump, and air pump of the BNC100 connection plate punching machine.
2. Operate the machine tool to perform the return-to-reference-point operation. When the operator returns the machine tool to the reference point, they should first perform the X-retreat and Y-retreat steps, which can help to speed up the machine tool's return to the reference point and effectively avoid collisions between the worktable and the bed.
3. Accurately prepare the machine tool's processing program according to the processing drawings and upload it to the PLC data storage area.
4. Execute the automatic operation steps:
① Open the clamp, load the workpiece, and clamp the workpiece using the clamp.
② Adjust the operating mode switch on the control panel to "Automatic".
③ Press the program start button, and the machine tool will automatically execute the processing process. Pressing the program pause button will pause the operation, facilitating adjustments.
