The steps for automatically converting PZ series planar drilling machine CAD drawings into production processing programs are as follows:
1. Use AutoCAD software to draw processing drawings and set them as DXF format files, or set subsequent AutoCAD drawing formats to DXF format.
2. Remove the AutoCAD processing drawing borders and other graphic elements outside the processing holes.
3. Use a USB flash drive or other storage medium to store the corresponding drawings in the planar drilling machine host computer's drawing storage folder.
4. Start the host computer's planar drilling machine programming program. In the programming dialog box, click "CAD" conversion, select the corresponding DXF file, set the reference point coordinates and drill bit diameter information, and click "OK" to complete the conversion between the drawing and the program.
5. In the programming program interface, click the "Program Programming" button to check if the converted program is correct. Click the "Transmission" button to transmit the converted program to the PLC data storage area, allowing the program to be called and run.
