The JNC1412 CNC angle steel line is a dedicated marking, punching, and cutting production line for the power industry, provided by our company. Today, we will introduce the main precautions for the use and daily maintenance of the production line's marking unit.
Before operating the production line, in order to ensure that the characters marked on the angle steel are clear without causing deformation of the workpiece, different pressures and contact times between the marking die and the workpiece surface are required when processing angle steel of different materials and thicknesses. The marking pressure can be freely adjusted by adjusting the overflow valve installed on the marking unit. The contact time between the die and the workpiece can be adjusted by changing the marking time during programming, which is convenient and fast. If the marked characters are unclear, the marking pressure and the contact time between the die and the workpiece should be appropriately increased. If the angle steel workpiece is deformed after marking, the hydraulic cylinder pressure of the marking unit should be appropriately reduced.
After the CNC angle steel production line has been running for a certain period of time, the screws, bolts, and nuts of the angle steel line marking unit should be checked regularly to see if they have loosened, and adjusted in time to prevent the marking unit from malfunctioning.
