The following are some precautions for using the SWZ500 H-beam CNC three-dimensional drilling machine:
1. After the CNC system is powered off and restarted, all CNC axes of the machine tool must return to the origin. Otherwise, the three-dimensional drilling machine cannot operate automatically. When a servo alarm occurs on the production line, the alarm should be cleared before returning to the origin.
2. Before the three-dimensional drilling machine production line starts automatic operation, the oil pump must be turned on. When not in use, the oil pump should be turned off to avoid overheating due to continuous operation.
3. When the production line is not in operation, all drilling spindles should remain at zero position. When the spindle zero position indicator light on the control panel is off, it indicates that a spindle is not at zero position. Please check if the oil pump motor is connected, and then press the "spindle reset" button to return each spindle to the zero position.
