This JNC3040G3 high-speed CNC angle steel lettering and drilling production line uses a precision high-speed drilling spindle in its drilling unit, making it especially suitable for the production and processing of angle steel towers in ultra-high voltage and extra-high voltage power transmission lines. It can efficiently and effectively complete the drilling of large-specification, high-strength angle steel.
The lettering unit of the production line has a nominal force of 1200KN, capable of performing lettering processing on eighteen characters at once, demonstrating exceptional processing capabilities. The drilling unit is equipped with two sets of high-speed CNC drilling power heads, each with three drilling spindles. Three different diameter drill bits can be installed simultaneously. During processing, the drilling spindle automatically switches to the corresponding drill bit according to the processing program to drill the angle steel.
