The SWZ1000 CNC three-dimensional drilling machine mainly consists of several parts: the main unit, three-dimensional drill feeding mechanism, three-dimensional drill discharging chute, cooling system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, lubrication system, electrical system, and waste material cart. The machine adopts a fixed bed and workpiece moving structure, suitable for processing medium and small steel parts and facilitating automated production.

The SWZ1000 three-dimensional drilling machine main unit mainly consists of a crossbeam, left and right columns, base, slide table, drilling spindle box, upper pressure device, side clamping device, and material thickness and width detection device. The machine has three drilling spindle boxes: two side units and one upper unit, for horizontal and vertical drilling. Each drilling spindle box can operate independently or simultaneously, greatly improving efficiency. Each drilling spindle box has three hydraulically self-controlled stroke spindles, which can be fitted with three different diameter drills to automatically process three different hole diameters with a single workpiece clamping. The spindle feed automatically switches between fast feed, working feed, and fast return. The spindle speed of each drilling spindle box is steplessly adjusted by a frequency converter, and the feed speed is steplessly adjusted by a speed control valve.
