Details

The three-dimensional drilling machine mainly consists of a crossbeam, left and right columns, base, slide table, drilling spindle box, upper pressure feeding device, side clamping device, and material thickness and width detection device, etc.

The machine tool has 3 drilling spindle boxes, namely two side and upper unit drilling spindle boxes, for drilling in the horizontal and vertical directions. Each drilling spindle box can operate independently and can also complete drilling operations simultaneously, greatly improving efficiency. Each drilling spindle box has 3 hydraulically self-controlled stroke spindles, which can install 3 different diameter drills, and can automatically process 3 different hole diameters when the workpiece is clamped once. When the spindle feeds, it can automatically switch between fast feed, working feed, and fast return. The spindle speed of each drilling spindle box is steplessly adjusted by a frequency converter, and the feed speed is steplessly adjusted by a speed regulating valve.
