1. Purpose and characteristics
1. The equipment is mainly used for drilling and processing flat plates of construction steel structures, power towers, petrochemical equipment, etc. The equipment adopts a gantry moving structure. The longitudinal movement (X axis) and lateral movement (Y axis) are all driven by a servo motor through a precision ball screw guide. The feed is hydraulic and self-controlled stroke drilling power head. It can automatically, accurately and quickly locate and automatically complete the drilling process. It greatly improves the drilling accuracy and speed, while avoiding the possibility of repairing or scrapping the workpiece caused by manual positioning and drilling errors.
2. The machine tool control system is controlled by a host computer + PLC control system. The upper computer is equipped with automatic programming software and machine tool monitoring software, which can directly convert AUTOCAD graphics files to generate processing programs. Even manual programming is very simple and fast. Those who do not have computer operation experience can complete part programming in a short time.
