Product Features
It adopts a cylinder-actuated piston fixing method. The upright plate, die frame, and punch rod of the main unit are all reinforced, enhancing the mechanical rigidity, improving the stress state and the stability of the equipment under long-term high load operation, reducing the eccentric load during punching, and significantly improving the stability and reliability of the equipment when processing 20mm thick angle steel for extended periods.
Advantages
Punching uses cylinder action with fixed piston. Eight guide surfaces are added to the upper and lower movement guide surfaces of the cylinder, making the punching movement smoother and improving the operational stability of the equipment. The piston rod fixing point has a spherical connection, allowing the eccentric load to be automatically adjusted at the force point, protecting the piston rod and the stressed surface. The material pressing device uses a vertical pressing method, with sufficient guide surfaces and stable pressing, reducing impact and the reaction force of punching, better ensuring the stability of the equipment.
It uses centralized lubrication, making it easier to maintain and ensuring that all guide surfaces are fully lubricated, extending the service life of the equipment and reducing the failure rate.
