This machine is a fully automated CNC device for punching and typing metal plates.

Technical Features

Basic technical features are the same as ordinary plate machines. The unique technical features of this equipment are as follows:

1. Using a cylinder-actuated piston fixed method, the upright plate, die frame, and punch rod of the main unit are reinforced, enhancing mechanical rigidity, improving the stress state, and significantly improving the stability and reliability of the equipment during long-term high-load operation.

2. The workpiece is supported by a floating ball worktable.

3. The guide rail of the worktable is changed to a rectangular linear guide rail, which is strong in rigidity and high in precision.

4. Cooling method: Air cooling or water cooling is available for users to choose.

Punching uses cylinder movement, with the piston rod fixed and four-sided guidance, resulting in strong anti-side load capacity.

Using CNC technology and servo motor feeding, it features high efficiency and stable workpiece precision.
