The SWZ500 CNC production line's main function is the fully automated three-sided drilling of H-beams. The drilling machine has a gantry structure and is equipped with three drilling spindle boxes, capable of vertical and horizontal drilling. Each drilling spindle box can simultaneously install three drill bits of different diameters, enabling the machine to process multiple hole sizes at once, resulting in extremely high drilling efficiency.
The SWZ500 CNC 3D drilling machine uses a servo motor-controlled feed carriage to move the workpiece for drilling positioning, resulting in more accurate positioning and ensuring high-quality production line processing.
