The SWZ700 CNC 3D drilling machine is a fully automatic dedicated drilling machine developed by our company based on the requirements and characteristics of H-beam drilling processing in Shanxi steel structure production enterprises. The machine adopts a gantry structure and can perform three-sided drilling processing on H-beams, I-beams, and channel steel, with strong processing capabilities. The machine uses a servo motor-controlled feed trolley to clamp and position the workpiece, achieving high positioning accuracy and ensuring higher processing quality.
The machine's drilling main unit is equipped with three sets of drilling power heads for drilling on different horizontal planes of the H-beam. During processing, it can perform drilling operations simultaneously or individually on each side power head, achieving high drilling efficiency. Each side power head of the 3D drilling machine can be equipped with three drill bits of different processing diameters. During actual processing, it can automatically switch to the corresponding drill bit to complete the processing, eliminating the cumbersome process of frequent drill bit changes during processing and improving drilling efficiency while ensuring drilling accuracy.
