The BNC120 connecting plate punching machine adopts PLC numerical control. After the operator uses a host computer to compile a program and uploads it to the machine's PLC data storage area, the machine can automatically process according to the program. The machine is simple and convenient to operate, and programming is easy to learn, requiring a relatively low threshold for operators.
The machine's worktable measures 1500mm*600mm, providing a wide processing range. A hydraulic clamp, controlled by a servo motor via ball guide rails, is installed on the worktable. This allows for automatic positioning of the workpiece for punching, significantly improving positioning efficiency and ensuring positioning accuracy compared to traditional manual marking and eye-punching methods.
The machine's punching main unit includes three processing die positions. When processing workpieces with multiple hole diameters, different die positions can be automatically switched to complete the processing in one go. This ensures workpiece processing quality while significantly improving production efficiency.
