The BNC100 CNC punching machine adopts PLC control and consists of a punching main unit, a mobile worktable, an electrical control system, a hydraulic power system, etc. The punching main unit of the machine tool adopts a C-type welded structure and has undergone aging treatment, ensuring strong stability and safe and reliable punching processing. Multiple punching dies of different specifications can be installed on the punching main unit, and number stamping dies can also be installed to number the workpiece. The mobile worktable has the function of automatically positioning the workpiece to be processed. The PLC modules, encoders, servo motors, low-voltage electrical components, cylinders, and pneumatic valves in the electrical control unit all adopt brand-name accessories from Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, Schneider, etc., ensuring that the machine tool can maintain long-term and precise production. The punching power of the machine tool is provided by the hydraulic station and punching cylinder, with a punching force of up to 1000KN, strong punching capability, and the ability to meet the processing needs of various industries for various metal flat plates.
